​Out For Justice is a returning citizen and member-led organization with the mission to engage, educate, and empower individuals with criminal records in Maryland to create structural change through legislation, policy reform and advocacy.

​The Campaign for Justice, Safety, and Jobs is a diverse group of community, faith, civil rights, and community leaders who have come together today to raise our voices together in a call for Justice, Safety, and Jobs. The group convened in April of 2015 in the wake of Freddie Gray’s murder to address the systemic justice issues that were unearthed in Freddie Gray’s death and the subsequent uprising throughout the city.

Organizing Black advances black liberation through direct action, capacity building, and participatory governance initiatives, ensuring that more black young people have the tools to lead their own movements. Organizing Black believes that the path to black liberation and a just, fair, equitable democracy is through redefining the systems that give way to oppression and racism.

The Baltimore Transit Equity Coalition is building a broad political coalition in Baltimore City and beyond that will reinstate and ultimately construct the Red Line light rail, which will run east to west through Baltimore, make a more just, equitable, and economically competitive city.

​The family of Tyrone West founded the West Coalition following his brutal murder by Baltimore police on July 18, 2013 during a traffic stop. Shortly after his death, the West Coalition formed West Wednesdays, weekly gatherings that bring together Tyrone’s family, activists, and allies to protest excessive police violence, to find justice for victims of police brutality. For more than 180 weeks, rain or shine, Tawanda Jones and Aunt Diane have shared stories of Tyrone while supporters stand in solidarity.

CASA is ​a group of passionate, community-conscious people working to organize, advocate for, and expand opportunities for Latino and immigrant people in the state of Maryland.

Tubman House formed in 2016 to support residents of Sandtown-Winchester and surrounding neighborhoods in their collective efforts to create halthy, whole, and stable communities. It is their core belief that all residents shoul have access to education, food, healthcare, and land. They work to bring self-determination to their communities, so that all residents have a role and voice in the policies and practices that affect them.
